Presbyterian Women in the synod gather in Storm Lake

The 2010 Gathering of the Presbyterian Women in the Synod of Lakes and Prairies takes place Wednesday through Saturday, June 16-19, at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. There is a full slate activity under the theme “The Wonders of God’s Promises.” Gathering highlights include worship, music, workshops, discussion groups, bookstore and a gift shop.

Marjorie Thomson, who has developed a ministry in spiritual formation, will be the spiritual leader for the gathering. Louise Lawson Johnson is listed as Bible study leader and Caroline Vickery will lead worship. Kristi Holler, a singer, songwriter and pianist, will lead music.

There are two options for completing the registration form.

1.     Print the PDF version of the registration form – page 8 in the booklet. Fill it out and mail it, along with a check made out to “PW in the Synod of Lakes and Prairies,” to Sue Nedderman, 314 N. Cedar Ave., Hastings, NE 68901-5348.

2.   Open the Word version of the scholarship form on this website by clicking on registration form. Save a copy and fill it out on your computer. Double-click on the appropriate boxes and select “checked.” For entering text, place your cursor on the appropriate line and begin typing. E-mail your completed form as an attachment to s.medsker.nedderman@gmail.com with “PW Synod Gathering” as the subject
